Jon Adams has a track record of success. He moved to Cleveland from San Francisco to start Audiopack, which he grew into a manufacturer of sophisticated wireless communication devices for global homeland security, military, and other markets — 130 employees and $25M in annual sales. After selling Audiopack to a UK aerospace and defense firm, Jon started Noom Enterprises, providing consulting to start-up and early-stage technology companies. Jon received his BA from Harvard College and his MBA from Stanford University.

Ed Small has 20 years' experience in the development, financing, and operation of hotel, retail, office, and multi-family projects. A pioneer in green building, adaptive reuse, and urban redevelopment, he has received awards for his innovations. Ed began his career at one of the country's top law firms and honed his real estate skills at The Richard E. Jacobs Group. He received his AB from UCLA and his JD from Case Western Reserve University.
